The production

We did lots of songs and most of them sound the same but the play music was cool and we got to see some  characters  in the play and all the songs my favourite was the joke part and all the  humour

WALT retell a Maori Legend

The monster linking in the woods


One day two children called mata and mañana they decided to play hide and seek one day he came to his father house and said manata is missing


They searched everywhere for her but they heard a loud sound coming from the east hill the monster was huge and angry like the loud loud loud monster he is mata said he must be a fire element because the grass around him was on fire

They slowly approached the beast then the monster started to wiggle they ran for their life but it was manata she was gasping for air and has cuts all over her on flame there people went home the get a bucket of water but there were more monsters attacking the village

But they were even bigger and stronger one was 500 feet tall and all the others were 300 feet tall mata had a robot ready to fight but he had to choose one the village or manta but he choose both he used the water cannons to put out the monster and the village and ran as fast as he could to manta and manta was just in time to put out the monster and fight him

The monster ran home to his crib and mata saved manta and all his people and the village too he was the hero the people went home and through and epic pizza party for mata
